Collaboration with Cacao Hunters

At nôl, we offer cocoa desserts throughout the year. The cocoa we use is imported through direct trade from cocoa producers who prioritize the earth's environment and labor conditions. We strive not only to preserve the genetic diversity of cocoa species, which are susceptible to the influence of natural cross-pollination, and to continue the tradition of cocoa as a part of our food culture, but also to address global issues such as poverty and food shortages through our efforts with cocoa.
We continue to explore and work towards contributing to these efforts, with the goal of making a positive impact.
